SYNOPSIS

Nu-Disco! is a new one woman show written and performed by Ellen Marning, exploring one woman’s experience at a club over the course of an evening. We are taken on a journey where time stretches and condenses in the club, a rowdy and riotous metaphor for where Trinity is at in her life. Late 20s, confused, horny, lonely, full of bravado, full of questions, full of rage she can’t quite place. Nu-Disco! is a celebration of the highs and an examination of the lows that can go along with these spaces and how we reconcile our fears, joys, grievances, and rage in the body.

Warning: Potentially triggering content and themes, including drug and alcohol use, sexual assault, violence against women, and toxic masculinity.

Presented by Bronte Charlotte
