PARKING
Parking Information
Parking is accessible in the Savoir Faire Car Park via the driveway beside the Red tiled Chinese Restaurant, next to PIP Theatre. Parking here is free after 4pm on Weekdays and free on Weekends [Exluding Suncorp Stadium event days which is paid]. Please note that this is a shared lot for the Savoir Faire complex and its patrons, managed by an external parking company. Certain spaces might be reserved for local businesses, and availability is subject to change. Kindly adhere to the posted signs when parking your vehicle. We recommend at least 15 – 30 min before showtime to secure a parking space.
Street Parking
There is two-hour free street parking along Park Road and Gordon Street.

Other close parking lots
There are other parking lots at 1 Park Road, and 33 Park Road.
Suncorp Stadium/Lang Park Traffic Area
Please be aware that we are in a Lang Park Traffic Area. On Suncorp Stadium game days, there will be parking restrictions in place that affect both street parking & saviour faire parking lot.
15-minute parking limits apply in Lang Park Traffic Area streets from two hours before Gates Open time through to the conclusion of the game, unless otherwise signed. On-the-spot fines will be issued to offending motorists.
The closest parking lot is Savoir Faire Car Park via the driveway beside the Red Chinese Restaurant, next to PIP Theatre. Parking here on Suncorp Stadium days is $15.

Bus
The closest bus stops are along Park Road (471) and Coronation Drive.
Ferry
The Milton City Cat terminal also stops along Coronation Drive. Cross Coro Drive to Park Road.

ACCESSIBILITY
Entry/Foyer Lift
PIP Theatre is fully accessible via the foyer lift, where you can access the box office and bar on level one and also the theatre on level two.
The general entry to the Theatre from the Terrace is via stairs, so if you require lift access to the Theatre, please make yourself known to Box Office on arrival. Our staff will inform you when the Theatre doors are open and will take you up the lift.
Wheelchair Seating
Our theatre provides rows of ground-level seating to accommodate individuals with accessibility requirements. Our friendly box office staff will accommodate any requests upon arrival, email us at info@piptheatre.org before or after booking to ensure accessible seating is arranged prior to your visit.
Companion Cards
PIP Theatre is an affiliate of the Queensland Government’s Companion Card program. Companion Cardholders are eligible for a single complimentary ticket for their chosen companion.
Please email info@piptheatre.org to book your complimentary ticket. The cardholder must provide their Companion Card details at the time of booking and present their card at the venue.
We do not have assigned seating. The patron bringing their companion may purchase their own full-price ticket online (or over the phone), and can be seated together despite a separate transaction of the companion card ticket.
Assistance Dogs
PIP Theatre welcomes patrons accompanied by a guide, hearing, or assistance dogs. Please email info@piptheatre.org at the time of booking so we can assign accessible seating.
Accessible Amenities
Two accessible bathrooms are located in our venue. One on level one and another on level two. Both are accessible via the lift. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions about accessibility. You may view our access statement here

Arrival Time
We strongly encourage you to arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the show as the time on your ticket indicates the curtain time. Lockout periods may apply to latecomers.
Our box office and bar are open one hour before show time.
Seating Plan
General Admission Seating Plan.
PIP shows are General Admission. We do not have assigned seating as our theatre layout changes for every production! At PIP, you may experience productions in a traditional format, in-the-round, or with seating banks on either side of the stage! The amount of seats available is dependant on when the show bumps in.
If you have any seating requirements prior to admission, our friendly staff and ushers are happy to help with requests.
Bar & Snacks
Our balmy terrace bar opens 1 hr before showtime. Enjoy a selection of beer, wine, ciders and soft drinks, as well as a selection of snacks.
We do not sell food/meals, however, there are plenty of restaurants along Park Rd where you can go to enjoy a dinner before or after the show.

Ticket
We encourage you to show your ticket on your phone to save paper, although you are most welcome to print your PDF ticket to bring for checking. We also have a doorlist at Box Office, so feel free to simply tell us the name for the booking.

Dress Code
We do not have a dress code! We only ask you to be mindful of the weather as our terrace and bar are located outdoors and our theatre is air-conditioned.
Viewer Discretion
Please be aware of the content warnings regarding each show. At PIP our mission involves presenting social-relevant shows, some of which may have topics that aren’t suitable for everyone. Please feel free to contact our staff with any questions or concerns.
Phones/No Cameras
Please ensure your phone is turned off during the performance as it prevents disturbance for both the patrons and the actors onstage.
Filming and photography are strictly prohibited during performances.
