Can I buy tickets at the door?

Yes, our Box Office opens an hour before showtime. We do strongly encourage

What If I'm late?

We generally can let latecomers in where there is a suitable break in the performance. This will depend on the production and will be noted in the pre-show email if latecomers cannot be admitted.

We do recommend arriving 15-30 min early if you can to find parking and get seated. Our seating is general admission so if you come late, your party may have to sit wherever is left available after the show has started.

Companion Cards

PIP Theatre is an affiliate of the Queensland Government’s Companion Card program. Companion Cardholders are eligible for a single complimentary ticket for their chosen companion.

Please email info@piptheatre.org to book your complimentary ticket. The cardholder must provide their Companion Card details at the time of booking and present their card at the venue.

We do not have assigned seating. The patron bringing their companion may purchase their own full-price ticket online (or over the phone), and can be seated together despite a separate transaction of the companion card ticket.

Exchanges

Please email info@piptheatre.org for all ticket exchanges. We will just need the date and time you wish to exchange to, and an email if it’s different on the booking.

Exchanges must be made at least 24 hours before the performance. The Box Office is closed on weekends, so any exchanges for weekend performances must be arranged before 4 PM on Friday. For urgent ticket inquiries on weekends, please email info@piptheatre.org or message us on Facebook.

Refunds

Please email info@piptheatre.org for all refund requests.

Refund requests must be made before the performance. Refunds cannot be issued after the performance unless there are extenuating circumstances.
